Web Art Garden
is an international network of people interested in art, culture and environmental issues and who want to share experiences from their own ecology through artistic activity.

Web Art Garden offers a way to share creative, movement-based activity in the environment. This may include performance, dance, theatre, ritual, exhibition, singing, presentation, installation, poetry, writing, lecture, meditation and prayer, discussion, video, photography, film...

Web Art Garden is created by the regional work of movement-based artists concerned with cultural, environmental and educational issues. It provides an independent forum for ecological dialogue and exchange at a national and international level between individuals, as well as organizations and institutions.

If you have ideas, want to join the network or want to contribute in any way, please e-mail us. If you’d like to be kept in touch with Web Art Garden events and changes to this website, please sign up in the green box to the right.

============

Web Art Garden's fourth cycle of activity begins with the World Environment Day project on June 5th 2010 (WED 2010) - which celebrates UNEP's World Environment Day.

We hope that Web Art Garden events on World Environment Day will encourage creative, movement-based expression and understanding of our own culture and ecology and facilitate healthy and confident collaboration between cultures.

To get an idea of previous Web Art Garden events, please look at Web Art Garden 1999 and World Environment Day 2008 and Images from 2009.

Whether you'd like to join an existing event or organise your own, please visit the World Environment Day 2010 page.
